Hope you are having a happy Monday! I sure am because this week is a four-day school week for us! Whoop Whoop! We have our little Mardi Gras holiday beginning on Friday. I desperately need a break since our schedule has been complete madness here lately. Hence, the reason you have a meal plan delivered to you on a Monday instead of the weekend. Regardless, we still have some great recipe inspiration for you! Plus, I love how kid-friendly this week’s plan is!
