Today I’m featuring a recipe from the VERY talented Gina from Kleinworth & Co. I have loved her blog since I first discovered it a few years ago when I helped co-host Saturday Night Fever. This was a recipe link-up party where several blogger would link up their recipes, and the hosts picked our favorites. Well, Gina was always on my favorites!

So I decided to feature her Italian Garlic Butter here on Diary of a Recipe Collector. I’m all about bread! Oh bread…you are my favorite thing in life….almost. You can be incredibly dangerous for me. I have trouble restraining myself…you are my biggest food weakness besides dessert, of course 🙂
So my love of bread only makes it natural that I love easy recipes like this Italian Garlic Butter to spread on it. It reminds me of going to restaurants that serve that great bread with that whipped creamy butter. Yummo! Get in my belly!
