While it seems as if most of the country has already had their spring break, we are still waiting on ours. It’s always the week of Easter. I do love this, but when Easter is late in the year, the struggle to get there is real. I think everyone, teachers and students, needed a break about a month ago. It’s safe to say everyone will enjoy it and be ready to head back and finish out the last month. I can’t wait to get in my kitchen more when our schedule finally slows down! Enjoy this week’s meal plan! It’s got a little bit of everything!
