It was our first week back to school around here! It’s honestly one of my favorite times of the year. The anticipation of new classes and new teachers is so exciting for everyone it seems! I have some wonderful, sweet classes this year too. I love my new 6th graders! And with the beginning of school comes an endless to do list. I wasn’t quite in a cooking mode this past week after some very long days. But my sweet husband surprised me on my first day. I came home late, and he had started making grilled shrimp kabobs and steak with fresh grilled corn! Nothing could have been better!
So now I need to try to get ahead for this upcoming week! Hope you enjoy this week’s menu! We’ve got some really yummy meal ideas!!
